道路の冠水が著しい場合や安全上のリスクがある場合は、決して無理に通行しないことNever attempt to drive through severely flooded roads or any area where road conditions present a safety risk.
必要に応じて、迂回・待機・その他の安全措置を適切に判断することWhen necessary, take appropriate measures such as detouring, waiting, or temporarily adjusting the route.
